Service Description

These sessions follow on from your initial nutrition consultation, with guidance and support to help keep you on track. It's a chance for you to give feedback on what works and for us to and agree on solutions that will take you forward in your nutrition and wellbeing journey. These can be booked as a series of ongoing support at a reduced rate if you need help to loose weight.
